Along with the variety of causes for man boobs comes a wide array of treatment options, and each should be considered based on your individual circumstances. In this article, we will focus on the things which you can do almost immediately, with little or no cost, to instantly begin the process to lose chest fat. However, it is important to recognize that this is only the first step, and only one's ability and willingness to advance rigorously through the entire process will be the difference maker in whether or not you actually lose man breasts or find yourself right back where you started.

Treatment For Gynecomastia - The Options

The first thing you must do immediately is implement dietary changes. The objective of the dietary changes are entirely geared to reducing the estrogen levels in our body. So what does that mean, and how do we do it. Basically, we are interested in increasing our intake of foods which block our body's estrogen receptors. This is easily accomplished with cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. In addition, to the extent that you can, your increased intake of these vegetables should be of the organic variety, as many pesticides and other substances used in the production of non organic vegetables have been shown to increase estrogen levels.

The second thing which you can do immediately is to begin and commit to a simple exercise routine comprised of a combination of muscle targeted resistance training and high impact cardiovascular training. Your objective is not to become a world class bodybuilder, but rather to effectively compliment the changes which you make in your dietary intake.
